ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

SHIPPING TIME
  • U.S. Orders: Shipped via UPS or FedEx with an average transit time of 15–20 business days.

  • International Orders: Shipping times vary between 15–30 business days, depending on the fulfillment center.

    SHIPPING DELAYS

    While we strive for timely delivery, please note that circumstances beyond our control—such as pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions—may cause delays. Although most packages arrive on time, unforeseen issues may occasionally arise.


    TRACKING INFORMATION

    We provide tracking details for every order. Once your product has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. For assistance with tracking, please visit the Track Your Order page on our website.


    ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    Orders can be canceled penalty-free within 24 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, email us at lunix@yahoo.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER."

    INCORRECT ADDRESS

    If you have entered an incorrect address, please notify us immediately via email. Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of order placement. After the order has been shipped, address modifications are not possible.

    DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

    Carriers typically make two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to the sender.

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a clear picture of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
